Camden City Council will meet for what should prove to be a relatively short meeting tonight. On the agenda are a presentation by ALPHA Center Executive Director Paul Napper, second and final reading of an ordinance to rezone property at 611 Wateree St. and possible approval of a Leader’s Legacy bench recognition for brothers James D. Green and H. Davis Green Jr. They are, respectively, former city and county council members. Tonight’s meeting will begin at 6 p.m. on the second floor of Camden City Hall, 1000 Lyttleton St., and is open to the public.
