When schools opened for new school year on Aug. 5, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Kershaw County’s Jackson Teen Center (JTC) opened right up along with them. The following day, Aug. 6, Director Brian Mayes, his staff and their students celebrated with food, basketball, and a thank-you or three.
