Bass is KCSO Deputy of the Quarter

Kershaw County Sheriff’s Office (KCSO) Inv. Mark Bass (left) accepts his Deputy of the Quarter award from Sheriff Lee Boan while they both wear face masks in order to protect themselves from the spread of the COVID-19 novel coronavirus. The masks were hand-made by Debbie Cognata at High Sierra Quilters in California, who is the mother of KCSO Dep. Cristin Clark. Cognata has made a total of 75 masks for the KCSO.
Kershaw County Sheriff’s Office (KCSO) Inv. Mark Bass is the KCSO Deputy of the Quarter for January through March.
