A trial involving one of two people accused of murdering Adam Davis, of Bethune, at the end of December 2016, is set to begin on Monday. Clinton “C.W.” Beebe is scheduled with his defense attorney, William Tetterton, and prosecutors from the Fifth Circuit Solicitor’s Office, to appear in court. Beebe’s wife and co-defendant, Peggy Danielle “Dani” Beebe, is not listed on the court docket.
