A Camden man is headed to prison for nine years after pleading guilty Thursday to two counts each of trafficking crack cocaine and distributing crack cocaine within proximity of a school. Katrell Sipio Cooke, 36, could have received up to 25 years for his crimes. His July 2014 arrest was the result of a six-month investigation by the Kershaw County Sheriff’s Office (KCSO), Fairfield County Sheriff’s Office (FCSO) and U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA).
