Kershaw County Sheriff’s Office (KCSO) deputies arrested two men in a single incident during which a KCSO traffic deputy caught them excessively speeding on I-20. According to a KCSO press release, deputies arrested Willie J. Traynham, 37, of Myrtle Beach, and Angel G. Rosado, 21 of Fort Gordon, Ga., after an officer determined they were traveling at 134 mph and 124 mph, respectively on I-20. In the press release, Kershaw County Sheriff Jim Matthews said a deputy assigned to the KCSO Traffic Unit was monitoring traffic on I-20 when he observed Traynham’s black Chrysler 300 and Rosado’s black Ford Focus traveling eastbound at an excessively high rate of speed.
