A 17-year-old boy’s story about being shot in a drive-by shooting ended up not being true. According to a Camden Police Department (CPD) incident report, the young man told an officer he was shot in a drive-by shooting while in a Camden grocery store parking lot. Officers later determined, however, that he was really shot after he, his brother and his cousin mishandled a gun they found in a trash can.
