A Kershaw County Sheriff’s Office (KCSO) deputy arrested two 27-year-old Camden men the night of Dec. 12 on several charges after the driver failed to dim the white Toyota Camry’s high beam headlights as they drove past the deputy in the opposite direction on Black River Road. During the resulting traffic stop, the deputy smelled marijuana, and the driver admitted he did not have his driver’s license. The deputy called a colleague to the scene and subsequently searched the car.
