Kershaw County Sheriff’s Office (KCSO) KCSO deputies and investigators have cleared a number of old cases with the arrests of men connected to incidents originally reported in 2015, 2016 and earlier this year. First, deputies arrested William Dale Rabon, 35, of Elizabethtown, N.C., on charges of criminal domestic violence of a high and aggravated nature and kidnapping in connection with an incident that took place Nov. 1, 2015, in Kershaw County. Around midnight on that date, a deputy met with Rabon’s wife at an east Camden pharmacy where she said she and her husband, who had recently moved to the area from North Carolina, when they got into an argument at the Camden Walmart.
