The Kershaw County Sheriff’s Office (KCSO) arrested a Bishopville man on an outstanding warrant Feb. 26 and then added charges of giving false information and threatening the life of a public official in the process. According to a KCSO report, deputies went to an Antioch Road home to serve the warrant and the 43-year-old suspect gave them a false name and said he had no identification. Against deputies orders, he then went to a bedroom in the back of the home.
