(This is an expanded version of the Nov. 6, 2018, crime report that appeared in the print edition of the C-I on the same date.) Kershaw County Sheriff’s Office (KCSO) On Oct. 12, county narcotics agents arrested Larry Lee Small Jr., 32, of Providence Road, Cassatt, for a third or subsequent offense of possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine in connection with an investigation on Sept. 25. According to a KCSO incident report, agents responded on Sept. 25 to a motel in Lugoff, whose address was redacted, based on a tip that someone was selling meth there. As narcotics agents looked over a list of rooms being rented out, they spotted the name of a man who has been arrested for narcotics in the past.
