Two teenage girls, 13 and 15, claim they were held against their will at a friend’s house in Elgin, forced to wear a mask over their eyes and drink something that “drugged” them. According to a Kershaw County Sheriffs’ Office (KCSO) incident report, one of the girls also said they had been led into some woods and forced to have sex with a 20-year-old male. Deputies, who found the girls walking down Fort Jackson Road near Elgin, said both teenagers smelled of alcohol.
