A man impersonating a Kershaw County Sheriff’s Office (KCSO) deputy allegedly handcuffed a Camden woman and told her take off her clothes. The Camden woman said she heard a knock on the door and when she went to answer it, a man shined a flashlight in her face and told her that she needed to open the door because he was with the sheriff’s office. After the woman let the man in, he allegedly handcuffed her and locked her dog in one of the bedrooms.
