Two of three suspects questioned about a series of vehicle break-ins during the last week in downtown Camden admitted to Camden Police Department (CPD) officers that they were involved in the thefts. According to a Sept. 4 CPD report, the manager of a Rutledge Street restaurant told officers an employee reported money had been taken from her unlocked car behind the business. Video surveillance showed three suspects going from car to car and entering those they found unlocked.
