A circuit court judge stopped the trial of a man facing hard time on drug charges, declared a mistrial and immediately sentenced the man to 10 years in prison for jury tampering. It all happened Wednesday at the Kershaw County Courthouse. Fifth Circuit Deputy Solicitor Brett Perry said Spencer Wise was on trial for charges connected to a 2009 traffic stop at Chesnut Ferry Extension and Ehrenclou Road in Camden.
