County deputies arrested a Lugoff man twice in two weeks, first assisting S.C. Highway Patrol (SCHP) troopers following a failure to stop for blue lights and then eight days later for allegedly firing a rifle at several people. According to the first Kershaw County Sheriff’s Office (KCSO) incident report, deputies charged Charles James Harrison, 28, whose last known address is on Cook Road, Lugoff, for threatening three deputies’ lives and other charges on the evening of July 12. One of the deputies spotted Harrison -- who was wanted by the SCHP -- in the passenger seat of a Chevy Colorado being driven by an older woman.
