At 5 a.m. Friday morning, Therine Miller, 30, of Lancaster, turned himself in to the Kershaw County Sheriff’s Office (KCSO) by calling 911. He identified himself as the man who robbed the Dollar General store on Roseborough Road in Lugoff on Dec. 29.
