Lugoff Fire-Rescue crews extricated the driver of this overturned tractor-trailer on S.C. 34 at Richardson Boulevard in Lugoff early Tuesday morning. Crews arrived around 4 a.m. to find the driver trapped in the cab and cages of live turkeys scattered on the roadway. A truck driver suffered injuries after his tractor-trailer overturned on S.C. 34 in Lugoff just west of Richardson Boulevard around 4 a.m. Tuesday. According to a Lugoff Fire-Rescue (LF-R) press release, emergency crews arrived to find the driver trapped and cages of live turkeys scattered throughout the roadway. Lugoff crews stabilized the truck and began to extricate the driver, who was trapped inside the cab.
