DSS removes Brayden’s siblings from home

According to an Elgin Police Department (EPD) report, the S.C. Department of Social Service’s (DSS) Kershaw County office removed siblings of Brayden Yopp, the 8-year-old Elgin boy whose death is being investigated by the S.C. State Law Enforcement Division (SLED), from his mother’s home in Elgin.
