Kershaw County Sheriff’s Office (KCSO) deputies arrested Adam Wayne Lyles, 32, of Eastover, after a high speed chase into Richland County that ended with Lyles wrecking the Honda Accord he was driving. According to a KCSO report, deputies charged Lyles with failing to stop for blue light, meth possession and driving under suspension. Around 10 p.m. Nov. 28, a deputy patrolling the Lugoff area observed the Accord being driven with a headlight out.
