Kershaw County Sheriff’s Office (KCSO) narcotics agents raided a Railroad Avenue, Elgin, auto shop Monday at the Elgin Police Department’s (EPD) request and arrested two men. “I went by to talk to Chief Harold Brown a couple of weeks ago and asked him if there was anything we could do for him. He told me he had a problem at Po-Boys Auto that I could deal with because he didn’t have enough manpower,” Kershaw County Sheriff Jim Matthews said Wednesday.
