Friday evening, there was a fatal accident off of U.S. Highway 601 at 6:20 p.m. The one-vehicle collision occurred at the intersection of U.S. 601 and Kennedy Road. Henry Christopher Grady, 47, of Tremonte Road, Lugoff was traveling east down Kennedy Road when he ran through a stop sign intersection and struck several trees. He was driving a 2001 Acura.
