Camden Police Department (CPD) Chief Joe Floyd and Kershaw County Sheriff Jim Matthews said it seems people have gotten the message about behavior at the Carolina Cup. “People are starting to figure it out,” Floyd said Monday, commenting on his officers and S.C.
