Former assistant solicitors license suspended

The S.C. Supreme Court placed local attorney Ronald Wade Moak, a former 5th Circuit assistant solicitor, on interim suspension in an order published Oct. 2. The Chronicle-Independent learned of the order Friday. According to the order, Moak’s law license is suspended pursuant to Rule 17(b) under Rule 413 of the S.C. Appellate Court of Rules.
