Former deputy arrested for domestic violence

A Kershaw County Sheriff’s Office (KCSO) investigator resigned his position hours before the S.C. State Law Enforcement Division (SLED) arrested him for domestic violence. Monday morning, SLED arrested Cody Elliott Blackmon, 32, of Camden, on a single charge of second-degree domestic violence.
