Four new KCSF members named

The Kershaw County Sheriff’s Foundation (KCSF) Board of Directors welcomed four new members to its ten-member board. The new members are Mandi Bonderer, an Elgin resident who works in the financial services industry; Bill Heil, a retired Lugoff resident an active member of the American Legion; Jack Rushing, a Camden resident agent with the S.C. State Law Enforcement Division; and Steve Smart, a retired Camden resident and local philanthropist. Also in January, Rajena Miles, daughter of former KCSF Board member C. Ray Miles, began serving as chair of the KCSF for 2014.
