On Thursday, Kershaw County Sheriff’s Office (KCSO) investigators arrested Shondale Ingham, 34, who lives in Dalzell, and Sandy Joseph Tarte, 48, who lives with Ingham, and charged them with five counts of burglary and one count each of criminal conspiracy. During the month of September, deputies received eight burglary reports at residences on the Camden side of Lake Wateree. One of the victimized homeowners had placed deer cameras around their residence.
