KCSO arrests three after receiving tip

Kershaw County Sheriff’s Office (KCSO) narcotics investigators arrested one woman and two men after Sheriff Jim Matthews received a tip Friday morning from a citizen that the trio appeared to be using drugs while parked at a BP station on U.S. 1 in Lugoff. According to a KCSO press release, investigators arrested Terri M. Watts, 32, of Haile Street Ext., Camden; James F. Grimball, 35, of Hunters Mill Court, West Columbia; and Michael Lee Brass, 35, of Pine Loop Drive, Blythewood. Investigators charged Watts with trafficking methamphetamine (28-100 grams) and possession of ecstasy.
