Kershaw County Sheriff’s Office (KCSO) Deputy Tracey “Tick” Wilson has been named the 2011 winner of the W. Roger Latham Deputy of the Year Award. The law enforcement service award recognizes exceptional qualities of service and dedication throughout the year, said Kershaw County businessman Joe Upchurch, who sponsors the award through his insurance firm, Upchurch and Jowers. “Roger Latham was one of the finest law enforcement officers I ever met,” said Upchurch.
