For the second time in three days, a pit bull had to be shot and killed following an attack. According to a Kershaw County Sheriff’s Office (KCSO) press release, the incident took place Tuesday in Elgin, the same community where the first attack to place Sunday. The KCSO said dispatchers sent a deputy to a home on Watts Hill Circle on Tuesday after a pit bull reportedly attacked a woman.
