The Kershaw County Sheriff’s Office (KCSO) is asking the public to help locate a man who has been missing since Aug. 15. According to a KCSO press release issued Saturday morning, William “Bill” Carey Black II, 45, was last seen Aug. 15 in the east Camden area of the county. “Black does have health issues that require medicine,” KCSO Capt. Steve Knafelc said in the press release.
