Kershaw County Sheriff’s Office (KCSO) deputies received reports involving an 18-year-old Camden man four times in three days. In the first report, the man called his 17-year-old girlfriend -- with whom he has a 14-month-old child -- and asked her for money. When she refused, he allegedly threatened to break her neck and texted and called her continuously for the next two hours making similar threats.
