KCSD officials confirmed Timothy Loren Webb, 51, of Lugoff was suspended Jan. 20 after the charges were filed. A Dec. 20, 2010, KCSO report listed Webb as living on Laurel Court in the Laurel Crossing subdivision; the victim and his father -- who filed the complaint -- were listed as living on Laurel Crossing Drive.
