Photo 1: Dr. Brian Spilker of Veterinary Medicine and Surgery (center) recently purchased and donated pet oxygen mask kits for every fire pumper truck in Kershaw County to include Lugoff, Camden and all county fire departments. Twenty-eight kits were donated to the departments during a brief press conference on Nov. 10 at Lugoff Fire-Rescue headquarters. Deputy Chief Phil Elliott from the Camden Fire Department, Kershaw County Fire Marshal Keith Ray and Chief Dennis Ray with Lugoff Fire-Rescue were on hand to receive all of the masks to place on each fire truck.
