At about 6:30 p.m. Dec. 29, Kershaw County Sheriff’s Office (KCSO) deputies arrested Cody Gene Jackson, 26, of Highway 601 South, Lugoff, and charged him with failure to stop for a blue light, habitual traffic offender, driving under suspension (third or subsequent offense) and petit larceny. Deputies also charged Jackson on outstanding warrants for failure to stop for a blue light, driving under suspension, habitual traffic offender and grand larceny. “Cody Jackson is a one-man crime spree,” Sheriff Jim Matthews said.
