A Lugoff man is headed to prison after violating the terms of his probation from a 2007 case of reckless homicide that claimed the life of a county woman. According to a 2007 indictment obtained from the Kershaw County Clerk of Court’s office, a grand jury indicted Jeffrey Cunningham, now 31, with reckless homicide and driving under the influence (second offense) in connection with the Aug. 18, 2007, collision. That collision -- on Ward Road in Lugoff near the intersection of Alder Road -- took the life of 32-year-old Mary Ann Sellers.
