The Camden Police Department (CPD) arrested and charged Patrick Maurice Levy, 25, of Camden, with second-degree arson in connection with a house fire that took place early Tuesday afternoon at 501 Cooper St., barely a block away from Zemp Stadium. CPD Lt. Penny Lloyd, who oversees the department’s investigative unit, said Levy was booked Wednesday evening.
