The Kershaw County Sheriff’s Office (KCSO) arrested a Camden man Tuesday after he turned himself in to deputies. Anthony Lorenzo Jackson, 24, faces charges of failure to stop for a blue light, possession of a stolen pistol, driving under the influence and driving under suspension. According to a KCSO press release, Jackson approached a KCSO traffic unit safety checkpoint on U.S. 521 between Camden and Sumter Sept. 14 when he drove the wrong way down an exit to S.C. 261, allegedly to elude deputies.
