Following an investigation that started on Halloween Day, Oct. 31, 2022, the Camden Police Department (CPD) arrested Russell Leon Huggins, 51, of Carlisle Lane, Camden, on six counts of second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor and a single count of third-degree sexual exploitation of a minor. Huggins is being held with bond denied on all seven counts at the Kershaw County Detention Center.
