A Camden man on probation on armed robbery and burglary charges from 2008 is behind bars again after leading Kershaw County Sheriff’s Office (KCSO) deputies on a high speed chase during the early morning hours of July 2. Richard Herman Roach III, 27, of Black River Road, Camden, is being held on $55,000 bond at the Kershaw County Detention Center. According to a KCSO press release, the 5th Circuit Solicitor’s Office will seek revocation of Roach’s bond from the 2008 charges.
