Meth dealer arrested twice this year

For the second time in five months, Kershaw County Sheriff’s Office (KCSO) narcotics investigators arrested an alleged methamphetamine dealer. According to a KCSO press release, investigators arrested Cody Russell Greene, 23, of Vista View Drive, Elgin, and charged him with trafficking 400 grams or more of methamphetamine. In the press release, Sheriff Jim Matthews said that on the morning of July 26, KCSO narcotics investigators received a tip that Greene was in possession of a relatively large quantity of meth and would be transporting it to a residence in Lugoff.
