Motions filed in MSC embezzlement case

An attorney for a woman accused of embezzling around $60,000 from the Montessori School of Camden (MSC) recently filed a Brady motion on her behalf. A Brady motion -- named for a 1963 case, Brady v. Maryland -- requires prosecutors to turn over all exculpatory evidence to a defendant; that is, evidence that might exonerate the defendant.
