A 21-year-old restaurant manager has been accused of racking up $28,000 in bogus credit card fees and pocketing the money that would have been used to pay those fees. Shante Renee Neal, of Bishopville Highway, Camden, a manager at the East DeKalb Street Bojangles’, has been charged with breach of trust over $10,000, according to Camden Police Chief Joe Floyd. “She was generating credit card fees that didn’t exist,” said Floyd.
