The Kershaw County Sheriff’s Office (KCSO) arrested an Elgin man Thursday in a sexual assault case involving a Lexington man arrested earlier that day. According to a KCSO press release issued Friday morning, KCSO deputies arrested Ryan Bradley Pierce, 20, of Elgin, charging him with one count of second-degree criminal sexual assault of a minor between the ages of 11 and 14. The KCSO said Pierce was present when the first suspect, Chad Michael Rabon, 23, of Lexington, had sexual relations with a 14-year-old Kershaw County girl Rabon met online.
