The arrest of four Camden teens in connection with a Jan. 27 burglary led to the arrest of a fifth young man, clearing up a series of car break-ins. Kershaw County Sheriff’s Office (KCSO) investigators arrested Xavier Robinson, 18; Rashawn Lawson, 18; Elijaquan Halley, 19; and Da’ron Herbin, 17, and charged them with first-degree burglary for breaking into a home and stealing nine guns, a computer, a safe and other miscellaneous items. According to a KCSO press release, one of the suspect’s mothers learned her son and several other young men were seen carrying guns and a safe through a neighbor’s yard at 4:30 a.m. She found her son and three others in his bedroom with the safe and several firearms.
