The Kershaw County Sheriff’s Office (KCSO) arrested three teenagers Thursday in connection with a string of automobile break-ins in the Lugoff and Elgin areas. According to a KCSO press release, Neco Dyland Barnes, 19, of Camden; Kristian Cole Ariail, 18, who recently moved to Camden from Myrtle Beach; and Matthew Chandler Waltz, 19, of Lugoff, are accused of breaking into 15 vehicles and stealing guns, laptop computers, money, cell phones, iPads, iPhones, GPS devices and other personal items since the beginning of March. Deputies responded to a possible home break-in on Pine Crest Drive in Lugoff.
