Kershaw County Sheriff’s Office (KCSO) narcotics investigators arrested a Camden man July 31, charging him with trafficking in cocaine, possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine, manufacturing marijuana, being a felon in possession of a firearm and possession of a weapon during commission of a violent crime. A KCSO press release said Jonnifer Oneal Halley, 33, a resident of Red Hill Road was taken into custody after investigators received an anonymous tip of marijuana plants in the home’s back yard. The release said the plants were found and deputies questioned Halley about the plants and about marijuana they smelled when he opened the door to his residence.
