Kershaw County Sheriff’s Office (KCSO) investigators arrested four people Thursday following a two-week long investigation kicked off by a June 30 traffic stop in June that ultimately led to the discovery of a meth lab. According to a KCSO press release and supporting incident reports, investigators arrested Donna Louise Bennett, 37, Jeffrey Lewis Hopkins, 27, and Brent Allen Richardson, 25, all of Oak Ridge Church Road, Kershaw; and Donna Louise Ruotolo, 28, of Etters Lane, Cassatt.
