Two arrested following burglary

A Camden man and a Lugoff woman were arrested Sunday on burglary, larceny and narcotics charges after a tip led to an early morning traffic stop on Chestnut Ferry Road. Kershaw County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Johnathan Bradley Byrd, 21, who lives on Flat Rock Rd. in Camden and Annie Phaneuf, 24, who lives on Marion Street in Lugoff and charged them with burglary, grand larceny and numerous narcotics violations, according to a KCSO press release. According to the release, KCSO deputies were advised by a citizen that a go cart had fallen off of a trailer being pulled by a white extended cab pick-up truck near Boulware Rd. in Lugoff.
