A Lugoff couple is behind bars, charged with attempted murder and discharging a firearm into a dwelling in case described by the Kershaw County Sheriff’s Office (KCSO) as a “revenge” shooting. According to a KCSO press release, investigators arrested Faith Roshonda Deveaux, 38, on Feb. 19 and Karl Vernon Williams, 36, on Tuesday, both of Bunker Hill Road in Lugoff.“These charges stem from multiple domestic disputes.
